Get ready to run, walk, or cheer at the Rockin’ Ham 5K on Saturday, April 4th, 2026 in Bellows Falls, Vermont! The family-friendly event kicks off at 9 AM at Rockingham Central Elementary School, with registration running from 9 to 10:15 AM. Participants of all ages—from elementary, middle, and high school students to adults—are welcome to join the fun.

The course is two loops of 2.5 kilometers, making up a full 5K, starting and ending at the school.
