WOOL POWER UPGRADE FUND
You’re probably aware that WOOL-FM started as a low-power broadcaster. For more than 30 years, no community group in the northeast was awarded a Class A broadcast license. WOOL is a rare thing! It took years to work its way through the FCC’s system, but WOOL was awarded the power upgrade on the merit of our service. This upgrade comes with added expenses, so we’ve created an Upgrade Fund because together, we’re mighty.
