Two of today’s leading klezmer ensembles come together for a special night of music at Next Stage Arts. On Friday night, April 17th, experience an extraordinary double bill featuring Two Strings with Jake Shulman-Ment and Abigale Reisman, along with Ira Temple and Michael Winograd—four of the most exciting artists in contemporary klezmer and Yiddish music.

This unique concert brings together two distinct branches of the klezmer tradition—one rooted in old-world Eastern European string band sounds, and the other inspired by the clarinet-driven style of mid-20th-century New York—bridging generations of Ashkenazic musical history in one unforgettable evening.

Doors open at 6:45 PM, with the concert beginning at 7:30.
