Next Stage Arts presents a series of talks by curators in the Arts and Humanities, on Sunday, February 18; Wednesday, March 20; and Sunday, April 21 at 7:00pm at Next Stage Arts, 15 Kimball Hill in downtown Putney, VT.

On Sunday, Sunday, April 21st, join curator Tim Medland for a vibrant discussion of his latest exhibition We Tried to Warn You! Environmental Crisis Posters, 1970–2020. Recently receiving a full-page, incredible review in the New York Times, this show chronicles how graphic designers from around the world have attempted to tackle issues of environmental activism—and how they’ve both succeeded and failed at changing public consciousness. You will walk away with not only a deeper understanding of how we got to the level of climate crisis we are in today, but also with hope for the future regarding what can actually be done to counteract man-made environmental devastation.

All talks are free to attend, but donations are appreciated. Advance registration is available at nextstagearts.org. For more information, call 802-387-0102 or visit nextstagearts.org.
