The Brattleboro Music Center Chamber Series presents Musicians from Marlboro – Group III on Saturday, April 26th at 7 PM, live at the BMC.

This stellar ensemble features Lucy Fitz Gibbon (soprano), Claire Bourg and Leonard Fu (violin), Cara Pogossian (viola), Maria Bitlloch (cello), and Sahun Sam Hong (piano).

🎶 The program includes:

Haydn’s String Quartet in D Minor,

Mozart’s String Quartet in D Major, and

Helmut Lachenmann’s groundbreaking “Got Lost”, a daring piece for soprano and piano that pushes boundaries and imagination.

🎼 Lachenmann, a pioneer in contemporary classical music, worked directly with the performers during his rare U.S. residency at Marlboro in 2023—making this performance especially meaningful.
