Celebrate Earth Day in style at The Nature Museum! Join us Saturday, April 19th from 10 AM to 4 PM for our Annual Earth Day Celebration & Open House! It’s a day packed with nature-themed fun for all ages, and the best part? No registration needed — just come on by!

🌿 Enjoy free programs throughout the day, including a live raptor encounter with our friends from the Vermont Museum of Natural History, a chance to view the skies through a solar telescope (weather permitting), and a Tree ID Walk where you’ll learn to recognize Vermont’s native trees, guided by our Education Director, Jay DeGregorio!

✨ All-day activities include a Bioblitz, Seed Ball making, Scavenger Hunts, and Nature Crafting — perfect for exploring your creativity and connecting with the environment.

🌳 Be sure to wander through the Magic Forest Playscape, check out the ongoing wetland restoration and pavilion project, or pack a lunch for a peaceful picnic with nature all around you.

🦉 From 11 AM to 12 PM, join our Tree ID Walk, and at 2 PM to 3 PM, meet some live hawks, owls, and falcons during the VT Raptors Program.

💚 Donations are encouraged to help support our mission to celebrate and protect the natural world.

📍 It’s all happening at The Nature Museum — a place where nature, learning, and community come together!
