  • (Thursday, March 28, 7:30 p.m., Main Theatre). Keene State College alumnus and award-winning Boston dance and fiber artist Alex Davis ‘14 explores the intersections between dance, comedy and fiber arts in his work with Alexander Davis Dance (ADD). Drawing from pop culture and the everyday, his performances display the innate theatricality and universality of the human experience. ADD is a platform for collaboration and exchange with audiences. Davis was in residence from September 24-26, 2018 for campus engagement and creative research. Accompanying ADD’s performance is a fiber art installation that will feature Davis’ own fiber art along with local fiber artists’ pieces. ADD will perform three works in the spring, including a new duet featuring acclaimed dance artist Peter DiMuro and a piece exploring themes of identity, featuring material generated with Keene State College students.
