Family Nature Program: The Amazing World of Pollinators – Bees, Birds, Bats, and More

On average, one out of every three to four bites of food or sips of a drink are made possible by pollinators? What is a pollinator? How do they pollinate? Honeybees and bumblebees are only some of the pollinator species. Learn about how pollination happens and the small heroes that make it possible. Taste some local honey, plant a pollinator-friendly plant to take home, and explore The Nature Museum garden filled with native plants and flowers that attract pollinators and more.

All ages welcome. Admission is by donation and includes exploring the Nature Museum’s exhibits following the program.
