Offset the cost of a child's bike, or bike repairs for an adult
BF Bike Project
30 Henry St
Bellows Falls, VT

The BF Bike Project in Bellows Falls has welcomed more people in its new space than any year before – close to schools and right in the neighborhood, where it’s much easier for people of all ages to drop in.

Throughout the spring and summer, the shop was buzzing with activity – many youth and adults worked on their own bikes, often out front in the sunshine. Thanks to the hard work of their volunteers, there are a lot more bike owners riding in the Greater Falls area. Hundreds of bikes passed through the doors.

Their Bike Sponsorship program was a success last year, with 24 bike sponsors. This year, they’re taking the idea one step further to include adult recipients. No one is turned away for lack of funds. There are many low income adults who need bikes for transportation. A bike sponsorship to offset the cost of a child’s bike, or bike repairs for an adult, is $35.

Donate at the shop on Atkinson Street, or online at bfbike.org
