If you meet income limits and live in Vermont, you may qualify for free employment & training services through Jobs for Independence (JFI). Enrollment ends December 31, but services continue until the end of 2018. This is a free federal program. JFI could help you 1) pay for things you need for work and 2) achieve industry certification like a CDL, LNA, or CNA. To find out more, call 1-800-339-6433 or see http://dcf.vermont.gov/jfi.
