Saxtons River Village Trustees meet at 7:00 PM on the first and third Monday of each month. Meetings that fall on a national holiday may be rescheduled, and special meetings are called as needed.

During summer, the Trustees meet once during July, August, and September.

While COVID-19 guidelines are in effect, Trustee meetings are held remotely via Zoom. Links to the Zoom meetings are published in the agenda for each meeting. All meetings are open to the public.

Official warnings of Village meetings are posted on bulletin boards outside the Community Building and outside the Village Market, 25 Main Street. Meeting agendas and minutes are posted at www.rockinghamvt.org/agendas-minutes and distributed via email. To join mailing lists, send a request to saxrivgov@gmail.com. Electronic agendas include a live link to the virtual meeting.
