The 2022 Business Plan Competition is an opportunity for startups and existing businesses in Windham County to build and refine their business plan. The competition is funded by the Windham County Economic Development Program (WCEDP) and administered by the Brattleboro Development Credit Corporation (BDCC).

Business Plans that meet the eligibility and scoring requirements will be entered into the final business plan competition, and finalists will be eligible to win an award package to advance their project.

Businesses that apply must be located in Windham County, and the product or service sold primarily outside the region. The business must be a legal entity, will need to demonstrate that it fills a gap in the market, and its projections show that revenues can pay the owners and two full-time equivalent employees.
