The Town of Rockingham has partnered with Windham & Windsor Housing Trust to assist property owners to remediate their properties to improve housing stock and neighborhoods. Low-cost loans for multi-family properties in Rockingham of up to $5000 will match the Rockingham Rental Rehab or Vermont Housing Improvement programs to allow property owners to address a larger scope of work.
