Grant Writing 201 is open for registration. This is an 8-session course for those new to grant writing that will dive deep into the skills, including practicing those skills.

Grant Writing 201: The Basics & Beyond
Starting January 4th, 3 – 5 pm (8 weekly sessions)
Instructor: Anne Lezak, ADL Consulting
Cost: $80, scholarships available

This 8-session course is a deep dive into the nuts and bolts of grant-writing. Participants will learn how to organize proposals, find and use pertinent facts and data, and build a compelling case to “sell” projects to funders. Strategies to fully meet grant application requirements, develop clear outcomes, prepare budgets, and more will be discussed. Learn to avoid common errors that keep many proposals from getting funded. Participants are welcome to come with actual proposal ideas. Participants will work in small groups to complete a “proposal concept paper” – a draft grant proposal. No grant-writing experience needed, but participants should have strong writing skills.

Please review dates of all classes before registering. To register, email slang@brattleborodevelopment.com
