The End of America at Stage 33 Live

Friday, June 21, 2019
7:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Stage 33 Live
33 Bridge St
Bellows Falls, VT

The End of America credits their name to Jack Kerouac’s book, On The Road. The Philadelphia-based trio were each frontmen of other projects touring across “the groaning continent” in search of inspiration when they met and found a kindred spirit in one another.

They weave captivating three-part harmonies over a solid foundation of folk, rock, and Americana, drawing comparisons to Crosby, Stills, & Nash and The Avett Brothers — but with a sound uniquely their own.

They made their debut as The End Of America at the 2016 Philadelphia Folk Festival and were voted Favorite New Artist. In 2017 the band won the Emerging Artist Showcase at Falcon Ridge Folk Fest, returning the next year as the Most Wanted Band. They’ve shared stages with artists like Graham Nash, Old Crow Medicine Show, Gary Louris, and Simone Felice.

The End of America is known for powerful live performances highlighting their dynamic songwriting, harmonies, and playful stage banter.

Attendees at this intimate Stage 33 Live listening event will receive a copy of a new 7″ single by the band.

Cool fact: Bernie Sanders chose their song “Empty Sea” for use in one of his official campaign videos during his first Presidential bid.

The End of America will play on Friday, June 21. Two sets, no opener. Doors open at 7:00 PM, show starts at 8:00. Only 40 chairs are available. Chair reservations and more info online at www.stage33live.com
